Is a free document a real signature?
Yes. Same delivery, same signature, same legal standing as a paid one. The only difference is who's paying.

Yes, under ESIGN and UETA, with an audit trail on every document.
Who's behind this?
Siglio runs on signing infrastructure that's been in production for years, built by a texting company. That's why the text is included instead of extra.
What if my customer doesn't sign?
A free document costs nothing either way. After your first 25, a document costs 25 cents when you send it, whether or not it comes back signed. We'd rather say that here than on an invoice.
