PandaDoc figures are quoted from its published API pricing page, checked on 14 September 2026. That page describes the model rather than the rate: “PandaDoc API charges based on the volume of documents generated via Production API”, with no per-document figure, no plan price and no seat price stated. Sandbox and webhook wording is theirs. A cell reading “Not published” is not stated on that page, which is not the same as saying it does not exist; a quote from their sales team may well answer several of these. Prices change; check the source before relying on it.
The row that matters most on this page is the first one. PandaDoc publishes the shape of its API pricing but not the rate, so the number you would budget against comes from a conversation rather than a page. Ours is 25¢, in public, at every volume. Whether that is the right trade depends on what else you need: PandaDoc is a document platform with templates, a content library, editing, approvals and analytics, and Siglio sends a PDF for signature and tells you when it comes back.
One endpoint and one event. Nothing here templates your documents or edits them; you bring the PDF.
Put ^S1 where the signature goes and ^D1 where the date goes, in white text. Invisible to the reader, findable by us.
One JSON request with the file and the signer. Delivery by email, text or both starts immediately.
envelope.completed lands on your endpoint with a link to the signed PDF and its certificate.
| What | Siglio |
|---|---|
| Per envelope | 25¢ |
| Monthly fee | $0 |
| Per seat | $0 |
| Minimum | $0 |
| SMS delivery | Included, same 25¢ |
| Sandbox | 25 envelopes free, no card |
You are billed when an envelope is created, not when it is signed. A declined or ignored envelope still costs 25¢.
Because the rule for these pages is that a competitor figure comes from the competitor’s own published page or it does not go in the table. Their API pricing page states that charges are based on the volume of documents generated, without a rate, a plan price or a seat price. That is a real difference in how the two companies price, and it is also all we can fairly say.
A lot. Document creation and editing, templates and a content library, approval workflows, CPQ and quoting, payments, analytics on how a document was read, and a full web application your non-technical colleagues can use. If the job is building documents as well as signing them, that is a different product from this one.
One published rate at every volume, no seats, and text delivery included at the same 25¢. The integration is one POST and one webhook rather than a platform to adopt.
Nothing stops you. Some teams generate in one system and send through another. If you are only using the signing half of a document platform, that is usually where the arithmetic on this page starts to matter.
The source link under the table goes to PandaDoc’s own page, dated the day we read it. Read it before you rely on anything here, and if a figure has changed or we have it wrong, tell support and we will fix the page.
